CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Job Role:
To ensure that all allocated orders are processed and communicated to the relevant employees so that the customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Process allocated orders in the system
• Cross check with internal relevant business units of the details to be confirmed before inputting into the database to ensure accuracy
• Process different types of orders which includes recording information such as non-availability of items, delay of delivery service, vintage, pricing and all other issues that might affect the timely delivery of customer orders to ensure a consistent and effective service
• Correct Filing of daily orders processed
• Keep updated files of customer contacts to ensure accurate records and that the customer can be contacted at any time
• Display a pleasant and professional attitude and conduct towards all Customers and colleagues
Skills Required
• Computer literate on Outlook, Excel
• Confident individual with balanced pragmatic view
• Resilient personality / Self-motivator / Achiever / Physically fit
• Willing to learn and have a proactive nature
• Process oriented with systematic approach to issues.
• Fluent in English - Excellent communicator in verbal and written mediums
• Team Player who can earn respect and is comfortable working in results originated environment
• Willingness to learn
