CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are seeking for a Full Time Customer Service Administrator for our office in Sharjah. Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Fluency in English is a must (oral and written).

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Basically coordinate and organize ALL SERVICE DEPARTMENT activities.
• Prepare, send and follow-up Quotations.
• Process Orders.
• Maintenance of Files.
• Follow-up customer payments for Service Department.
• Handling special tasks as directed by Service Manager
• Provide back-up assistance to other office and company staff if needed.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time to meet business needs.

Previous administrative experience is an advantage, but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply. Having UAE driving license is a plus.
