Customer Relations Officer Required in Dubai

The Customer Relationship Officer (the "CRO") is responsible for onboarding new clients and assisting existing clients while complying with the company policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality. This includes welcoming, proposing our services, as well as performing various administrative tasks related to the operation of the facility. The CRO will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records, as well as offering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience (required)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English (additional language is a plus)
Excellent presentation and excellent grooming standards
Discreet and professional attitude at all times
Based in Dubai

To conclude, the ideal candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure alone and as a team. Previous experience working in jewelry, high-end retail, or banking/financial institution is preferred with a strong ability to deal with HNWI & VIP clients. The CRO will work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
