Customer Experience Specialist Required in Dubai
Objectives of the role
● Drive the implementation of the CX projects for selected business
● Support the execution and monitoring of all CX initiatives, including data analysis, roadmap development, requirements development, and initiative status assessment.
Responsibilities
Customer experience Project management for selected business unit.
Work on customer experience exercise for business such as review of customer feedback channels, and execute the roll-out customer surveys, mystery shopping, and 1:1 interview to collect key customer insights.
Clearly demonstrate the results of CX initiatives by utilizing reporting and analysis tools, and comprehensively report these findings to stakeholders.
Work closely with key stakeholders such as Operations, Marketing and IT as well as those who work directly with customers - and actively seek their advice and insight on the customer experience
Train CX Champion selected at the business unit on CX methodology
Update CX central team

Requirements
Total 4-5 years of Experience. Minimum 2-3 years in customer facing roles
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience working on CX implementation preferred not mandatory
Adept at data analysis and reporting, and ability to clearly identify and communicate opportunities for the improvement of the customer experience
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
