Customer Care Executive Required in Dubai

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Processing property and client registration, SPA’s and other Land department procedure.

Must be fully aware of Property Handover process.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Requirements:

Qualification in Business, Sales, Public relations and any related areas.

Bachelor's Degree qualification is a must.

Minimum of 3-5 years related customer service/CRM/ complaints handling experience is must. Previous experience in real estate development preferred.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent speaking and writing of English language.

Preferred Arabic/Russian speaker.
