Customer Care Executive Required in Dubai
Responsibilities
• Establishes client rapport by engaging and introducing the packages, procedures, and services through sales calls.
• Contacts prospective clients using meetings, online, emails, or any other method suitable as assigned.
• Learns about competitors' products and consumers' interests and concerns to answer questions and provide comprehensive information.
• Develops and manages an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Provides timely and accurate service in order to close deals.
• Identifies the target market for possible leads and potential customers.
• Executes processes for licenses, security, visas, establishment cards, etc...
• Prepares weekly reports reflecting performance and assigned targets.
• Supports with deep-dive analysis of business problems, conclusions, and solutions.
• Follows-up on leads and prospects.
• Maintains relationships with existing customer base
• Proactively makes recommendations to improve direct marketing campaigns to open new channels, increase income and achieve cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
Language Skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
Experience
2 to 3 years of UAE experience in Company Formation. Experience in a Licensing Authority is preferred. Working for a reputable business setup consultant is a plus.
Knowledge of Company formation procedure for Mainland and Offshore, PRO services, Contract system, etc.
