We've partnered with a market-leading real estate business in the UAE that is looking for a Creative Lead to be based in Dubai.

As a Creative Lead, you'll be the driving force behind the company's imaginative ventures. Your role involves envisioning and executing inventive concepts, motivating and coordinating creative teams, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and ensuring smooth project management. Your knack for crafting exceptional content that aligns with both client requirements and our brand standards will be instrumental in shaping our creative endeavors. Responsibilities:

Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
Manage and plan the production calendar
Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ needs as well as our own
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Strong understanding of offline/ BTL production
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Salary approx 20,000 AED
