Digital, Motion & Video Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling through design, and the ability to create engaging content tailored for modern digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with previous agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple creative projects, and understands the demands of digital marketing and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and visually impactful creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, email marketing, and other branding materials
Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual content for digital and social platforms
Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and branded content
Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity
Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visual communication
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communication channels
Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion techniques, and social media content styles
Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar creative role
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion graphics, and video editing work
Previous agency experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills

Software Skills

Must be proficient in:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Figma
Canva
Adobe Lightroom (photo color correction and enhancement)
CorelDRAW (printing and signage)
Procreate (iPad illustration)
Krita (free digital painting software)
Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Animation and kinetic typography
Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Photography and videography skills are an added advantage
