About the role?

A seasoned Creative Digital Designer to take ownership of design story for all noon categories on noon.com. You will live, eat and breathe the noon brand and be passionate about all facets of ecommerce. Championing great design, you’ll work closely with merch teams and the wider design team to create pixel perfect designs

Key responsibilities

You will create customer-centric, commercially focused beautiful designs
Develop and deliver visual content for all campaigns, including promotions, all banners across the noon site, CRM campaigns and social media
Take ownership of designs from conception through to completion, keeping all stakeholders updated throughout the process
Working closely with merch, marketing & category teams to translate data-driven briefs into exciting and engaging creatives that drive conversion
Lead the onsite design, making even the most complex problem into visually simple solutions

Qualifications

Fluent in English & Arabic
A great portfolio of strong creative work
A senior creative, you possess a great work ethic and a collaborative, problem solving strategic approach to your design work
Track record of working with multiple stakeholders, developing and defining great working relationships
Experience working on complex design challenges
A good eye, capable of creating pixel-perfect visual designs
Clear rationale for your design decisions - everything is purposeful, you are strategic, analytical and a great problem solver
You have empathy for customer needs but can also consider technical constraints and business goals
You have excellent communication and storytelling skills, both in your design work and working across teams, engaging stakeholders across the design process
You have a ‘get things done’ enthusiastic attitude, you take initiative, don’t wait to be asked and are willing to get stuck in
Adhering to tight deadlines and online best practices
Working effectively on your own initiative as well as within a team
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as but not limited to Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
