Job description

Note: we're looking to fill our counter-place inside the mall, and required 03 candidates to fill the shifts and requirements.

Purpose of the Job:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.

Job Accountabilities:

Assists walk-in customers and their queries, providing solutions.

Possess excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.

Handle product displays by ensuring that sufficient pieces are always placed on shelves.

Wipes and cleans the products on display at the Showroom, daily.

Monitors and maintains stock levels in Showroom and attached stores in the mall.

Responsible for displays in the showroom.

Inform customers about sales, promotions, and policies.

Sources products locally, if not held in stock.

Demonstrate how products work.

Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products.

Preparing reports on daily sales, walk-in customers, demanded products, fewer view items, and further as requested.

Performs other routine counter sales duties as directed.

Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Sales Manager.

Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.

Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales background.

Knowledge & Skills:

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Good personal appearance.

Computer literate
