Cost Control Engineer - Dubai

Vacant Position: Cost Control Engineer
• Experience with infrastructure project i.e. wet utilities, water & sewerage
• Development of Cash flows Development of Cost coding system
• Administers budget variance tracking for the project
• Review new project budget and cost codes against estimates
• Manage the Cost Status Report process for many projects Review all monthly Project Status Reports with the project manager. Review status of project Change Order Review project Cashflow reports with each project team Assists with the development and management of the cost control systems to provide project and company management with accurate financial information
Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the construction industry, out of which minimum 6 years specifically in wet utilities (infrastructure projects).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
