Hiring Cost Control Engineer
Job Location: Dubai-UAE
Requirements:
• Prepare Job Budget by activity based on the contractual documents.
• Provide a summary of the budget by resources (Material Manpower, subcontract, Equipment and overhead).
• Calculate the monthly Cost Report and calculate the actual Cost and Cost to complete all ongoing jobs.
• Coordinate with the Relevant Department.
• Prepare Comparisons between Budget cost and estimated cost based on the Contract documents.
• Highlight any costs that are not within budget.
• Highlight Potential areas where cost can be claimed.
• Revise the Job budget with approval by Management to accommodate the items that are missing from the approved Job budget or Variation.
• Verifies Quantities on Material Requisition Forms received from the site to ensure that they are within the budget.
• Verifies the rate in LPO received from Procurements Investigates the source and cause of over-budget items and prepares the supporting Reports.
• Supervise the entry of Delivery notes and Subcontract payment certificates in the System.
• Verifies Subcontract payment certificate.
• Method of measurement
• Computer Skills (Especially in Excel)
• Good communication skills in English
• PlanSwift software
• Quantity Take-off
