Role: Coordinator Support Services
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator – Support Services to ensure timely handling of requests from departments and Operational teams. The role will serve as a central point for tracking, following up, and reporting on operational service requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, support services, or facilities coordination.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and follow-up ability
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Ability to coordinate across different disciplines
