Contact Center Manager Required in Dubai
We are looking to hire a Contact Center Manager to work for a client – a semi-government organization in UAE.
In this role, you will manage the client's outsourced contact center operation and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to customers.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 8 months and is renewable.
Responsibilities:
Set the end-to-end customer contact processes through the different Omni channels in line with industry best practice
Ensure the service delivery and compliance to relevant standards & requirements across all contact center channels are followed
Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver agreed objectives and strategies and ensure delivery of service requirements.
Track the monthly expenses and resources performance against outsourced contract
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of contact center experience, 7 years managing cross-functional team, preferably in a service-oriented industry
Previous knowledge and experience in best practices and emerging trends in establishing contact centers
Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
Certified Call Centre Manager preferred
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
