This role is integral to ensuring the company’s adherence to all relevant UAE regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on AML, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Key Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in compliance, AML, or risk management within the UAE (preferably in the Financial Services sector).
• Possession of professional certifications such as ICA, CAMS, or CRCM is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of DFSA regulations and UAE Federal AML laws.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, real estate, or the legal industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Finance is required; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent knowledge of regulatory obligations, and the ability to implement effective compliance processes within the organization.
