Pioneer Vision is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Complaints Resolution Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints across multiple communication channels
• Identify the root causes of issues and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to implement effective solutions
• Communicate resolutions clearly, professionally, and empathetically to clients
• Analyze complaint trends to suggest process enhancements
• Ensure all complaint handling adheres to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Quality Assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
• Professional approach in handling sensitive and challenging situations
