We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Company Driver to provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation services for company management, employees, clients, and business-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles, managing transportation arrangements, and carrying out assigned driving and administrative errands while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards of road safety.Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and timely transportation for company management, employees, clients, and business associates.
Perform daily driving duties, including business trips, airport transfers, meetings, and other assigned transportation arrangements.
Plan travel routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrivals.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general condition of company vehicles.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure vehicle documents, insurance, and maintenance records are properly maintained.
Assist with document delivery, parcel collection, purchasing, and other company-related errands.
Follow traffic regulations, company driving policies, and safety procedures at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when dealing with management, clients, and business associates.
Maintain accurate records of travel schedules, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
Ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured, and ready for scheduled assignments.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting company materials or documents when required.
Perform other driving-related and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, or Professional Driver is preferred.
Possess a valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
Good knowledge of road networks, traffic conditions, and route planning.
Good driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-organized.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business matters professionally.
Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and travel when required.
Ability to work independently and follow management instructions.
Basic command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
