We are looking for Driver who will perform the following roles
Transport of Goods and Documents

Safely deliver and collect shipments, documents, and goods between warehouses, ports, customs offices, clients, and suppliers.

Customs and Port Assistance

Assist with clearance processes at customs offices, ports, and airports as needed.

Ensure all documents are properly signed, stamped, and filed.

Maintain Vehicle Condition

Perform daily vehicle inspections.

Ensure the vehicle is clean, serviced regularly, and roadworthy.

Adhere to Traffic Laws and Company Policies

Follow all road safety regulations and company driving policies.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and discipline on the road.

Support Logistics Operations

Assist the logistics team in loading and unloading goods when necessary.

Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Timely and Safe Delivery

Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in perfect condition.

Handle goods carefully, especially fragile or high-value items.

Documentation Handling

Collect and hand over invoices, delivery notes, and other required documents promptly.

Maintain a log of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery reports.

Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Represent the company professionally during external interactions.

Assist in Emergency Situations

Be available to support urgent delivery needs, including outside regular working hours if required.

Route Planning

Plan routes efficiently to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
