Commercial Property Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager who is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of commercial/residential properties and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
Select tenants through interviews and background checks
Collect rent, pay invoices, and analyse operating statements
Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly
Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files
Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
Manage the process of negotiating leases, acquiring new business opportunities based on prevailing market rates, evaluation of properties, lease rents and available properties to optimize business performance and support the achievement of overall business objectives and targets.
Develop the Leasing & Marketing strategy, in coordination with the General Manager, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategies of the organization.
Participate in the development of the policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets
Effectively manage the marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business strategies and manage agent registration and broker management process for smooth listing of our properties

Key Requirements

1 year of experience in Real Estate of handling Commercial Property Management in UAE
Enthusiastic, good communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Must be equipped with a sound knowledge of real estate market as well as possess knowledge of the Dubai rental property market.
Strong communicator and negotiator
