We are looking for a passionate Coffee Sales Executive to expand our reach in the UAE market by building strong relationships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients. If you have a deep appreciation for specialty coffee and a strong sales drive, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, corporate offices, and retail.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the qualities of our specialty coffee, including origin, processing methods, and brewing techniques.
• Sales Presentations & Tastings: Conduct cupping sessions and brewing demonstrations to showcase our coffee offerings.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
• Passion for Coffee: Understanding of specialty coffee is a strong advantage. Barista or Q-Grader certification is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Networking Ability: Industry connections and a willingness to attend coffee-related events and trade shows.
• Driver’s License: Preferred, as the role may require visiting clients.
