Clinical Resource Nurse Required in Dubai

The Clinical Resource Nurse will be expected to contribute to the wider corporate and organizational development needs as appropriate within the scope of service and will be responsible for the Nursing Department Training and Education, People Resource Management, Training Budgetary Management, Quality Improvement, Clinical Safety, and Risk Management.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

3 years of post-qualification experience in Nursing Education

10 years of post-qualification clinical experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing/University

Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent or post-graduate teaching qualification preferred.

Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or equivalent preferred

Licenses, Registrations & Certifications

Current Home country and DoH nursing practicing licenses.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider and instructor certificate.

ACLS & PALS instructor Certificates are preferred.
