Client Relationship Manager - Dubai

*Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, designers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
2. Build relationships with key suppliers
3. Schedule regular meetings with suppliers to ensure they are on track
4. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
5. Ensure both the company and suppliers adhere to contract terms
6. Find new suppliers to engage with
7. Answer and direct phone calls
8. Organize and schedule appointments
9. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
10. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
11. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
12. Develop and maintain a filing system
13. Handles logistics process | courier services - shipping lines - Freight forwarders - shipping documents , etc….

*Requirements and skills:
1. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding target
2. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
3. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
4. Proficient in MS Office | Excel - Power point -Word
5. A customer-oriented attitude
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Problem-solving aptitude
8. Ability to work well with a team
9. Experience in logistics process and documentation.
