CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Guest Service Agent / Receptionist (Female).

Real Estate property management company to provide the necessary support to our Real Estate team.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for the Real estate leasing, property by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and customer service.

Location:
•Office location will be in Abu Dhabi

Experience:
•Candidates with experience in the airline industry preferred.
•Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
•Candidates applied with a right passport picture on the resume will only be shortlisted and considered.

Language: Native English speaker preferred. Female candidates only.

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and schedule viewing of apartment to lease units.
•Answer phone calls and schedule for customers visit.
•Ensure units are cleaned and maintained for viewing.
•Conduct market research to identify leasing possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
•Actively seek out new rental opportunities through networking, social media.
•Marketing & Promoting company products to customers.
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customers and affiliates relationships.
•Create frequent reviews and reports with leasing and financial data
•Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
•Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Business or related discipline.
•Verbal and Written proficiency English.
•Fast learner and passion for Real estate leasing, property management & Marketing.
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•Good command of computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM etc.

Salary: 5K to 7K
