Key Responsibilities:
• Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
• Perform accurate data entry into databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files for efficient document retrieval.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing team calendars.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all clerical activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a typist or in a clerical role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent typing skills with minimum desired speed [insert WPM].
