: Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor - Dubai

WE ARE HIRING
We are hiring a Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, with strong experience in the construction industry.
The candidate should have a solid background in site supervision, labor management, civil work execution, and trade test coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring that site operations are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Availability to join Immediately (Candidates with NO NOTICE PERIOD) only.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry here in the UAE.
• Skilled in managing labor teams, assigning work, and maintaining site discipline.
• Experience in recruiting workers and conducting trade tests for masons, carpenters, steel fixers, etc.
• Willing to travel to conduct interviews and trade tests.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Priority will be given to candidates with a CANCELLED VISA/TOURIST VISA.
