I m Graduated of Civil Engineering and Safety Courses. To enhance my knowledge, intellectual capabilities and technical understanding by having a multi dimensional working experience in a progressive organization that would provide me an opportunity to gain experience in technical as well as management field. I have two years & six months experience, construction and managerial. with GRC & OKC,C Pvt Ltd.as a position of Civil Engineer & Safety officer.During Stay with them,I have performed my duties Excellence and utilize my time & Resource along with professional skills and technical expertise. • Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people & operatives.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.
• Taking approval related to the constructions work of site from the Local Municipality.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Monitoring work place, Regulatory compliance, Implementing safety polices to worker.
• Preparing daily, weekly & Monthly progress reports to Project Engineer.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Material Test, Slump test, Cube Tests and cylinder molding and recording its compression strengths after 7 & 28 days.
• Cost analysis & Estimation of Quantity, Excavation & Foundation.
• Analysis of static and dynamic loads, solving of analytical problems, Planning & scheduling of project.
• Looking after the overall supervision of construction work as per structural and architectural drawings.
• Record drawings & technical data on site diary & Analysis of Risk & Hazardous at project site.
