About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
:
• License: Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering
• Senior (5+ years UAE experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of local construction and fit-out regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in modern project management tools/software
:
• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Create and review detailed construction designs and documents
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and safety regulations
• Supervise contractors/subcontractors and site operations
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
• Utilize project management tools and software for effective execution
