Role Overview:
As Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the client's technology strategy, driving innovation across all tech platforms with a significant focus on integrating artificial intelligence to transform real estate operations and enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for shaping the technological vision and ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports the company's growth and industry leadership.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in AI, data science, or related disciplines preferred.
Extensive leadership experience in a technology role, ideally within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in digital transformation and AI integration.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development practices.
Demonstrated experience in leading major tech initiatives and innovations, with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a diverse technology team and collaborating effectively with other senior leaders.
Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate tech trends and their implications for the business.
