The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the Group, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.
Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Monitor the revenue generation and suggest ways to achieve net profits as per targets set.
Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement, accumulating capital to fund expansion. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Design and implement various financial control systems and assist in developing best business practices and SOPs. Develop and maintain PR with various banks and financial institutions for finance mobilization at competitive interest rates. Analyze the financial and operational health of the organization and take proactive steps with optimal utilization of funds.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and control functions
Works with the Board of Directors and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. Preferably SAP S4Hana experience
Education and Experience:

CA and CS /Certified Public Accountant with 18-20 years of experience, out of which 4 years as a CFO in a decent size organization preferably in trading organization and has handled a turnover of around AED 700M.
