Chief Financial Officer Required in Dubai '

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Negotiate with banks and other institutions in order to optimize financing costs
Manage the finances of a group of companies and have all other finance managers reporting to you
Optimize operational practices in order to optimize financial information gathering and employee time overheads
Ensure audits are finished on time and to the highest of standards
Guiding and structuring the financial teams of different companies
Mentoring lower ranked employees in order to improve their performance

Qualifications

Strong finance-based analytical skills
7 - 10 years' of finance experience
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Understanding of private equity transactions
Understanding of stock market transactions and the ability to execute them. An understanding of options would be a big plus
Understanding of contract and/or project financing methodologies
Understanding of the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries

Salary will be AED 40,000 to 50,000, including tickets and insurance.
