CALL SUPPORT AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commissions and qualifying leads for our sales team to close.

The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone to discuss and offer insurance to our customers, gather feedback information and persuade customers to consider other insurance products.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to existing or prospective clients and identify and create opportunities for the company to cross-sell relevant insurance products.
Use probing questions to uncover customers’ needs and requirements, apt at overcoming objections and using rebuttals.
Communicate responsibly and politely with all clients at all times.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a well-known university
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong demonstrable telemarketing or customer service experience
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Ideal skills - Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Service, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales
