What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle inbound calls and troubleshoot basic technical issues for customers
• Build strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Windows operating system
