Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, escalating issues to ensure resolving them in a timely manner.
Cold Call clients and customers to spark their interest in the company’s products, and services.
Book appointments and maintenance requests and update data in Microsoft planner.
Collaborate with the CRM team to improve customer service.
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Following up with customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
Customer services experience and experience in managing customer expectations.
Experience in working with call center systems.
Flexible work timings (4PM - 1AM).
Good communication skills.
