Call Center Agent Required in Dubai Key Accountabilities:
The jobholder will be responsible for answering Customer enquiries over phone / email.
The jobholder will solve problems by following Sukoon Policy & Procedures, ensure business targets and assigned self targets are met and Customer Service is at the core of all interactions with members & non-members of Sukoon .
Job Requirements:
Provide information on all Sukoon Products to existing & potential clients.
Execute client instructions as per Sukoon Policy.
Handle Calls and Queries as per assigned targets.
Ensure the monthly production & conversion ratios are met.
Ensure CSAT & Call Quality scores are met on each customer call.
Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned departments.
Additional Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Well mannered & courteous
Knowledge on MS Office
