Responsibilities

Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner.

Meet personal/ team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Manage sales pipeline.

Person Specification

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Excellent knowledge in English '(Both written and spoken),

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening,

Customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual

Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.

Excellent time management skills
