Your primary goal will be to identify and establish relationships with property owners, persuading them to entrust their valuable assets to Bleu Leaf Holiday Homes for professional management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, approaching, and onboarding property owners to our holiday homes management services.
Develop innovative strategies to attract and convince property owners to partner with us.
Craft compelling presentations, negotiate agreements, and secure contracts with property owners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and maintenance.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to adapt and refine your approach.

Qualifications:

A proven track record in business development, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape is advantageous.
