Business Development Specialist Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

Set up meetings with clients/consultants/contractors and developers to understand the requirements and deliver appropriate presentations on brands.
Build a network and specify products with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.
Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged key stakeholders
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years' of sales or account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong network with Designers/ Architects/Consultants/Contractors/Developers.
