Business Development Specialist Required in Dubai
The Business Development Specialist is a key new member of the Business Development team.
This global function will be responsible for managing various aspects that support Business Development (Partnerships / Strategic Alliance) activities for the company.
Primary responsibilities include the development of Commercial, Reseller, and Strategic Alliance Agreements and then acting as a primary point of contact for post-deal oversight.
Responsibilities and Duties: (General)
● Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
● Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
● Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
● Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
● Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
● Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
● Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
● Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
● Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
● Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
Qualifications and skills:
Qualifications
● Bachelor degree in dentistry
● Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Hard skills:
● Strong data analysis skills
● Proficiency in sales techniques and in strategy development
● Experience conducting external (supplier and client) negotiations.
● Excellent written and oral communication (English & Arabic)
● Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
