Urgently looking for Business Development (contract catering) for our client into catering industry.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business within the Contract Catering segment. The Business Development Executive will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and in person and assist in the preparation of responses to tender/proposal bids.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Full cycle sales including but not limited to qualifying leads, site visits, negotiating contracts
• Build and develop a pipeline of opportunities and associated pursuit strategies to deliver on
annual sales target
• Develop and manage customer relationships over the opportunity lifecycle.
• Support the design and delivery of innovative, creative and compelling solutions and proposals
that represent best company and industry best practice
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Collaborating with the Head of Department on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
• Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients and work closely with the Contract
Department to ensure that responses to proposal and tenders are done so within the timeframe
• Prepare and delivery post tender presentations when required to selected prospects to highlight
the benefits of the Company’s service and product offerings.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales
approaches • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, influencing situations and negotiating outcomes at
a mid/senior level within the B2B market
• Business Development or Operational experience within contract catering preferred with a good
network within the UAE across the Healthcare, Education, Corporate, Offshore and industrial
sector
• Commercially astute, coupled with strong financial experience
. • Knowledge of customer driver’s and the sales process
• Highly developed presentation skills
• Bachelor degree/qualifications in Sales/Marketing or Business Studies are ideal.
• Driving License is a must.
Minimum Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field
