As an Employer Engagement Officer (Account Manager) is responsible for the sourcing of stainable employment opportunities for job seekers within the local employer market. Collates and reports performance data to the management team as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identifies new business opportunities and converts them effectively, explaining the role to job seeker and prompting the job seeker to the Employer.
Promotes and creates awareness around the entire range of products and services.
provided by MAXIMUS Gulf’s; Products including, work experience opportunities, work placements as well as vacancies management.
Focus on repeat business and grow existing accounts to generate live vacancies.
Identifies potential national employers to expand recruitment opportunities across other regional locations.
To promote Maximus value proposition and position as the company of choice for the recruitment of Emirati nationals.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Educates operational teams and job seekers about any realistic opportunities available
across various regional industry sectors.
Ensures all recruitment services are delivered in accordance with Key Performance
Represents Maximus Gulf at external events as required.

To hold a Degree, or minimum Diploma.

Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
Fluency in English – written and spoken - Arabic would an advantage
To be tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
To have a desire to work in a high-performance, target driven environment.
Experience of B2B sales is an advantage or previous recruitment experience.
This role is open to candidates either living in Al Ain
