About the role:

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth by identifying, contacting, and generating new clients looking for the digital and marketing services Blupord. The clients can be their contacts through networking or can be generated through online platforms such as LinkedIn and others.

This independent role is full-time and best suited for those looking to grow in their career. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and with a team and build their portfolio of clients. There is excellent potential for a career path within the company, and compensation will be generous with commission-based earnings. Exceptional, high-achieving and experienced candidates can be rapidly promoted.

To be successful in this role you:

Have a track record of exceptional sales achievement through the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to conversion and account management
Have strong experience in telesales and selling services remotely
Minimum two years experience in UAE in a similar role
Have an established and strong network across various industries
Previous experience with an agency is desirable
Excellent communication skills and easy build of rapport with the client
Be able to work autonomously, be highly resilient, and respond positively to feedback
Exhibits experience in approaching, building professional relations, scheduling meetings, influencing, and negotiating at senior organizational levels, and managing multiple clients at one time
Experience in making proposals/quotations as per client requirements
Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients but also with crucial departments internally

Responsibilities

Build Blupord network of new clients looking for the services company provides within marketing, digital, and technology
Management of client account until the signing of contract or job execution
Develop your region of the Middle East & International clientele by building positive working relationships with new clients/prospects
Utilize CRM and other tools to manage new and existing accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and ensure quality assurance
Rapid lead generation and pre-qualification through emails and calls, and potentially in-person meetings with interested leads

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2+ years of sales or account management experience in the UAE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of digital & marketing products/services

Salary: Based on experience

Commission: Attractive Commission
