We are one of UAE’s leading Exchange. We are looking for a Dynamic Business Development Manager with the following;

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have:
 Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales and Marketing, Business related Degree with 5 years or more of practical experience. (MBA is an added advantage.)
 Excellent communication skills in English, in writing and speech. (Other languages is an added advantage)
 Well versed with FINTECH and willing to travel abroad when/if required.
 proven track record of a successful career in a business development field.
 Record of new business arrangements with new banks and products/services.

Key Role Responsibilities:

 Develop Business growth strategies to expand our customer profile and oversee customer retention for financial gain.
 Establish & maintain existing banking relationships both locally and internationally.
 Identify and map business strengths and customer needs with in-depth knowledge of global business products & value proposition.
 Research on the current global business trends for identification of viable income streams
 Organize, attend business meetings with prospective clients & be accountable for new and existing client proposals, contracts etc. whilst following our Company procedure.
 Manage ad hoc Business-related projects
