Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
As part of our dynamic sales team, s/he should be comfortable in a challenging role that demands clear communication and presentation skills with significant experience in the UAE, and ideally, the experience of working as part of an international group. Responsibilities
Drive all product sales activity within the Middle East through integrators and resellers.
Work with regional systems integrators and resellers to grow market share and develop the NMK portfolio.
Participate in sales activities, including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations, and customer seminars.
Negotiation to win orders with the most beneficial commercial and financial terms.
Responsible for the development and analysis of market information for strategic planning purposes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on the CRM/ERP system.
Work with the marketing team to develop a strong reference portfolio.
Develop a close relationship with technical support and application teams to support onsite support and queries.
Quarterly, submit and implement a detailed business plan identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, and major customers for the following fiscal year.
Support the in-line manager with the recruitment of new sales networks in the Middle East.
Collect and report information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory.
Create demand for brands and products by demoing them to end-users and building relationships with consultants.
Work with the associated team members to reach their sales targets and ensure that sales targets are met.
Expected to maintain a relationship with clients in the UAE market
Education, Experience, and Key Competencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in the same field
4-5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Required experience in the AV industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent presentation skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Focused and goal-oriented
Proactive and a good team player
