Roles and responsibilities:

The Primary purpose of this position is to identify a candidate who has the ability identify suitable corporate and hotel brands in the UAE and broader region to market & sell Soluna Beach Club product offerings products on behalf of The First Group. The Senior Manager will have deep experience in business development, direct sales, training and performance management.

Cold calling, appointment scheduling and lead management to ensure a growing lead base.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak with corporate & hotel hierarchy.
Highly motivated, sales oriented individual with a strong network in Dubai and the Mena region.
Strong telephone skills and etiquette
Present monthly performance reviews to management
Company processes and protocols must always be adhered to.
Maintain regular communication and provide regular feedback to reporting lines.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

A history of Business Development experience is vital (minimum of 1 year).
Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
Strong Communication Skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
