Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Vape House UAE located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products/services to clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with existing clients. The Business Development Manager is also responsible for providing customer feedback to the company's management team for product/service improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead the company's development strategy and plan for sustainable growth.

- Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for expansion and development.

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve defined objectives.

- Manage the development team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve high performance.

- Build and enhance relationships with clients and partners to strengthen business operations.

- Monitor and evaluate business performance and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
