Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling new customers Flagright solutions. The BDM will be responsible for developing an execution strategy. In this role prospecting is an integral part of your development and sustained success in closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development and is ready to become a full cycle seller. We move fast here and in this role within 90 days you should have a pipeline of leads and deals in your forecast. You’ll learn how to forecast. And if successful in a year will have built a book of business to achieve a six figure income.

Responsibilities:
Qualify the needs of potential customers and present the benefits of Flagright solutions
Forge multi threaded relationships to firmly establish Flagright as a trusted advisor
Take actions to nurture new leads into qualified opportunities and new customers wins
Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
Track performance and report on results

Qualifications:
Top performing SDR
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Comfortable making cold calls and emails
Can work with autonomy, yet connected and accountable
Sense of humor and thick skinned to keep dialing, smiling and outbound
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely with access to the needed bandwidth to perform the tasks
