Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

First Point Group is working with a leading System Integrator based in the Middle East and is supporting them in their search for a Business Development Manager to be based in their Abu Dhabi office.

Job Purpose:

The successful Candidate will be responsible for driving the Digital Business by selling the solutions within the Digital Business portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

Selling Software Applications such as IOT/SaaS solutions by developing relationships with Key Stakeholders from the Enterprise and Government sector
To manage the pipeline effectively in terms of budgeting, forecasting & reporting to BU Heads
Generating new leads within multiple industries & segments
Working alongside the Pre-Sales team to meet the needs of Customers
Monitoring market data and competitors to create a sustainable database
To achieve orders, invoice, margins & collections as per the budget

Key Requirements:

7+ years minimum of Direct Sales experience selling SaaS solution/IoT solutions
Must have experience of selling CRM, ERP, or similar.
Must have experience of selling into a UAE client base
Existing relationships at Key Stakeholder/ Management level is required
A proven track record of achieving/over achieving their Sales targets
Engagement experience at Senior Management level in Techno-Commercial discussions
