Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The Business Development Manager will research and pursue new business leads for the growth of The Hanging House (THH). You will be expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new customers while increasing the value of current customers
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities to develop new viable income streams
Provide strategic insight, analytical rigor, and financial assessments of potential growth & alliances/ partnerships/ M&A opportunities, as well as post-alliance analysis and integration capabilities
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Interact directly with clients at trade shows, sponsor presentations and industry events
Manage the development of proposals, quotations and tenders for inquiries and negotiate terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
Work alongside other team members to plan, oversee and maximize marketing initiatives
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Follow industry trends locally and internationally
Increase long-term value of the organization from customers, markets, and relationships
Set growth targets in co-ordination with management, and achieve them
Continually examine and re-evaluate THH’s service portfolio to yield best results while reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Support marketing efforts by presenting market research to management and suggesting strategies to expand.
Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements as needed
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Job Specification

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding and up to date with latest trends in online marketing
Superb organizational, leadership, communication, and collaboration skill
Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is an added advantage
