Research and find best locations & landlords for rentals
Build good relationship with the contracting companies, agents, and landlords
Negotiate and deal with lawyers, easily understand terms & conditions
Supervise skills of newly opening business functions (restaurants)
Qualifications:

Open to arabic speakers
Minimum 5 Years in UAE market. Good experience in the QSR/Real Estate is an added value.
Must be knowledgeable of UAE laws and regulations of contracts
Good negotiation skills
Intellectual in data search, analyzing, and understanding
Professionally groomed with good physical appearances
Candidates should have strong experience & good reputation, especially in the UAE
