Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for talented and highly motivated Business Development Manager who come with an experience of field sales to join our company. As a Business Development Manager, you are required to maintain continuous business relationships with Clients/Hotels/Travel Agency for all Healthcare Services.

You will use your skills to drive demos on ground, make multiple follow ups to the target customers/clients, give day-to-day updates to the higher management. This role will carry a competitive quota to be achieved with all required support given.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing value to customers and people along with problem solving as the key focus. You will be the hunter responsible to bring on new customers/clients and retaining the same.

What You’ll Do

Identify our target customers and convince them to take our Healthcare Services.

Workout on the proposal, in-person visits, online meetings, follow ups, emailing and negotiations with key decision makers

Understand the competitive market – Being familiar with competing companies and their offerings

Manage your entire sales funnel by being a strong custodian of our CRM system and being a constant innovator to drive efficiency and agility of Sales

Maintain high level of compliance towards sales targets with an obsession towards achievement of relevant periodic targets

Listen to the needs of the market and work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams

Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings

A sound, tech-savvy business acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition in a complex and evolving business environment.

Solid negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the senior level.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and analytical skill set is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Result oriented and obsessed about setting targets and working towards meeting them.

Basic Qualifications

2 years of experience in sales as a Business Development Manager

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelors Degree
